Change in Exam Date (Secondary Section Only)

Please be informed that the examination start date for the Secondary School has been brought forward.

Parents are advised to ensure all outstanding school fees are cleared before the commencement of the examinations. Please note that defaulters will not be allowed to sit for any exams. We urge you to settle pending payments immediately to avoid any embarrassment or disruption to your ward’s academic progress.

Our end-of-year get-together will take place on December 17th.

Academic Management and New Digital Tools

The successful trial run of our Computer-Based Testing (CBT) platform represents the first of many digital tools we will be rolling out for our students. This pilot was highly successful, and we can happily confirm that the long-term aim is now to run all assessments across both Primary and Secondary levels via the Student Portal. Students have been provided with unique credentials for seamless access.

Important Update: Secondary School Assignments

All secondary students projects and holiday assignments are currently managed via the Student Portal. Students have been provided with credentials to gain seamless access. Should any technical issue arise during the use of the portal, parents are advised to report immediately to be able to retrieve the submission from the student for physical assessment.

The overarching digital management necessitates that the ID card becomes the essential tool for attendance tracking, and as announced recently in our School Newsletter, the ID card will be used for Physical Access Control.

New Policy - Effective Immediately:

Effective immediately upon resumption from the mid-term break, ID cards will be the mandatory and sole mode of entry for all students.

• Acquisition Management Policy: Students that do not own an ID card must pay a fee of ₦2,200 (Two Thousand, Two Hundred Naira) at the school IT desk.
• Automatic Attendance: The ID card will be scanned at the gate for students to gain access, automatically marking their attendance. No student will be allowed in their classrooms without scanning their valid ID card.
• Parents App & Benefits: We will soon release details for the Parents App, which will help parents track attendance, grades, and payment of fees.

In light of the urgent need to simplify transactions, we are preparing to transition to full digital fee payment starting from the next term.
